Use of the Site

The Site is only intended for people over the age of 18. As part of the registration process, you will need to select a password and a username. You also have to give us certain registration information, all of which must be accurate and updated. You must ensure that your username and password remain secure and confidential. You are entirely responsible for all use, activities and charges associated with or arising from any use of your username and password (regardless of whether you authorised such use), including unauthorised use of your or any other credit card. Each username and password must be used by a single user and is not transferable. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your username and password.

You may not disguise the origin of any message or communication you make to the Shop in transacting through the site, or pretend that you are or represent someone else, or impersonate any other individual or entity. Anyone using (or soliciting anyone else to use) the Site in a way that we have reason to believe violates any applicable laws or regulations or otherwise violates these Terms of Service or any other policy or procedure of the Shop posted on the site may immediately and without notice have their access to the site terminated and any transactions conducted through the site cancelled.

We may (but has no obligation to) monitor usage of the Site via your account ( including but not limited to concurrent usage of username and passwords) and may take any action it deems appropriate, including immediately terminating your account.
 

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws. At our request, you must defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, related to any breach of these Terms by you or your use of the Site or any goods or services provided through or by it.

The Contents and software on this site may be used only as a shopping resource. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance, of the Contents on this site is strictly prohibited.

We reserves the right, in our discretion, to suspend, change, modify, add or remove portions of the Content available on the Site at any time and to restrict the use and accessibility of the Site.

Liability and Indemnity

Under no circumstances shall asiaCIRC or any of their employees, directors, officers, agents, vendors or suppliers be liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use this Site.
Our liability to you (whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise is limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased. This is comprehensive limitation of liability applies to all losses and damages of any nature (whether general, special, consequential, incidental, exemplary or otherwise, including, without limitation, loss of data, income, profits, revenue, contracts or goodwill ), whether in contract, negligence or other tortious action, even if an authorize representative of asiaCIRC has been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such damages. These terms of use do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify asiaCIRC and its employees, officers, agents and contractors and hold them harmless from and against all losses, claims, demands, actions, proceedings, costs (including but not limited to legal costs) and liabilities (including but not limited to statutory and tortuous liabilities) which may be suffered by or brought against asiaCIRC and its employees, officers, agents and contractors arising from or in connection with:
- your connection to the Site;
- your use of the Service /or your posting of any Content on the Site;
- your breach of these Terms;
