After downloading the OXZ files to the pen, it cannot be read?
下載OXZ檔至點讀筆後,未能正常點讀?
Please check:
- whether the Smart Pen is charged.
- whether the Smart Pen has been powered on (hear ”Welcome”)
- if the pen is not used for several minutes, it will be automatically turned off. Please press the key to power on again.
- Each time when you start reading ( or switching to a different issue), please point the pen at the cover of the book first to activate beforehand.
- Please make sure that the corresponding OXZ file is copied and pasted in the "Ebook" folder.
- Please check whether the OXZ file is duplicated. For example, if "OKIDO104-105" and "OKIDO104-106" appear in the "Ebook" folder, you need to delete the former "OKIDO104-105" before the pen can function normally.
- This pen is pre-installed with dot. 1-12 and Okido 101-116 oxz files.Please do not download duplicated files which may affect the normal functioning.
請檢查:
- 點讀筆是否已充電
- 點讀筆是否正常開啟(聽到”Welcome”)
- 如開機後放置數分鐘沒有使用，點讀筆會自動關機，請重新按鍵開啟。
- 每次開始點讀時 (轉換不同期數點讀), 請先點一下書封面,再進入內頁開始點讀。
- 請確認是否把 OXZ檔複製貼到「Ebook」文件夾內
- 請確認OXZ檔是否有重複(如「Ebook」文件夾內同時出現「OKIDO104-105期」及「OKIDO104-106期」,需要刪除前者「OKIDO104-105期」方能點讀。
- 此點讀筆出廠時已預載dot. 1-12 及 Okido 101 - 116 OXZ 點讀檔。
請先查看EBOOK Folder ，切勿重複下載相同期數之OXZ檔，以免影響正常使用。
The pronunciation does not match the text of the book?
語音與書本文字不符?
Try deleting the OXZ file and re-pasting the OXZ file into the "Ebook" folder.
Note: Please check whether the OXZ file is duplicated (if both "OKIDO104-105" and "OKIDO104-106" appear in the "Ebook" folder, you need to delete the former "OKIDO104-105" to read it. )
請嘗試刪除音檔,並重新把 OXZ檔貼到「Ebook」文件夾內。

If the pen cannot be turned on normally/the button fails?
如無法正常開機/按鍵失效?
Please find the Reset button at the back of the Smartpen. Press the reset button by an adult with a hard object (e.g. a needle/pin) to restore the original factory setting.
點讀筆背面有一個「Reset孔」,可由成人以針型硬物按此孔,以回復原廠設定。
